Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working for some reason, you can easily get a new one. All you need are your Customer ID, User ID and the answer to the secret question that you picked when you went through the authorization process. If you do not remember the secret question and the answer that you gave us, refer to your original application.

  1. Enter your DDS assigned Customer ID that you received from DDS on your authorization notice and tab to the next field.
  2. Enter your DDS assigned User ID Number and tab to the next field.
  3. Enter the answer that you gave to one of the five questions when you were authorized by DDS.
  4. Your password will be emailed to the email address you gave when you were authorized by DDS.
